How long will my order take?

Everything is made to order, so there are two steps:

Processing and production: about 3–6 business days to print and pack your order.
Shipping: about 2–5 business days within the US once it ships.

That's about 5–11 business days in total. When your order ships, you'll get a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

These are estimates, not guarantees, and they can stretch during the holidays. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

How much is shipping?

Standard US shipping is $4.95 for the first tee and $2.40 for each additional tee, and $8.79 for the first hoodie and $2.09 for each additional hoodie. Tees and hoodies add up separately, so 1 tee + 1 hoodie is $4.95 + $8.79 = $13.74. You always see the exact cost at checkout before you pay.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to US addresses only; international is coming later.

Can I return or exchange something?

Because every item is printed just for you, we can't take returns or exchanges for a change of mind, the wrong size, or the wrong color. Please check the Size Guide before you order.

If your order arrives misprinted, defective, damaged, or wrong, we'll make it right: you choose a free replacement or a refund. Email us within 21 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. Details are in our Refund Policy.

What if I ordered the wrong size?

We wish we could swap it, but made-to-order items can't be resold, so we can't exchange sizes. The Size Guide has measurements for every style. When in doubt, measure a shirt you already love and compare.

How do your shirts fit?

Tees: a unisex retail fit with a classic crew neck that generally runs true to size. For a more relaxed fit, size up.

Hoodies: a classic, roomy unisex pullover with a double-lined hood, a matching drawcord, and a front pouch pocket.

What are they made of?

Tees: lightweight 4.2 oz/yd² 100% combed and ring-spun cotton. Athletic Heather is 90% cotton / 10% polyester; other heathers are 52% cotton / 48% polyester.

Hoodies: a medium-heavy 8.0 oz/yd² fleece pullover with a double-lined hood, a matching drawcord, and a front pouch pocket.

How do I wash it so the design lasts?

Treat it like the vintage it'll be someday:

Machine wash cold (max 30°C / 90°F), inside out.
Non-chlorine bleach only if needed.
Tumble dry low (tees) or medium (hoodies).
Don't iron directly on the print.
No dry cleaning.

My new shirt has a faint smell or light marks. Is that a defect?

Usually not. Freshly printed shirts can have a faint smell or a light residue from the printing prep (it shows more on light colors). Both normally disappear after the first wash (cold, inside out, tumble dry low). If something still looks wrong after washing, email us.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, if you're quick! Email us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll cancel it with a full refund, or change the size, color, or address. After 12 hours, your order is on its way to production, so we can't cancel or change it.

I put in the wrong shipping address. Help?

Email us right away. Within 12 hours of ordering, we can fix it. If a package comes back because of an address problem, we'll send it again once you pay the new shipping cost.

Do you make kids' sizes?

Not right now. Our tees and hoodies come in adult unisex sizes S–3XL. The designs are for the elders.

What does the slang on my shirt mean?

Every product page has a Meme Decoder for Elders section that explains the joke in plain English, so you can explain it at dinner (or pretend you always knew).

Is this mean to kids?

Nope. This is the affectionate kind of teasing, like when your aunt laughs at your haircut and then gives you twenty bucks. Older generations have always ribbed younger ones, and younger ones have always rolled their eyes right back (hi, "OK boomer").

Our jokes poke fun at the slang, the trends, and mostly ourselves: our knees, our flip phones, our questionable 2006 photos. We never make fun of how anyone looks, and everything is clean enough to wear around kids.

Can I suggest a slogan?
